These 3.5 inch heel beauties are not the most practical shoe for the office, but I love them and couldn't resist dressing up a little today so I could take them out for a spin. I fell in love with the black and white ribbon detailing, complete with bow the first time I saw them at DSW. Thankfully they had my size in stock and the rest is history. A slightly rounded toe makes them somewhat more comfortable, though there is still a pinch at the baby toe. I wear them regardless, because they are lovely, I just don't wear them all the time. They are a look pretty sitting at your desk kind of shoe, unfortunately I had to take them up to the second floor of the library via stairs twice already today. My days are just unpredictable that way.Also, I am generally a strider. I have places to go and things to do and I'm not one to walk at a snail's pace. The higher the heel, the more you are forced to slow down, taking mincing steps, and smell the roses, which can be a good thing. Life moves far too quickly sometimes, heels remind me to take it slow and breathe. Plus, I look and feel pretty wearing them. :)
